More Than a Timeline: A Journey of Paws and Promises
Company Established & Our First 100 Rescues
Founded by a group of passionate university students and inspired by Simba—our founding team's deeply loved cat—we realized not all pets are as fortunate. Despite limited funding, we dedicated our early days to providing medical treatments and vaccinations for strays in China, successfully rehoming over 100 pets in our very first year and laying the foundation for our rescue-first philosophy.
The Global Awakening & Setting the Standard
After our founder, Lee, traveled internationally and discovered that pet homelessness is a universal crisis, we realized that to fund more rescues, we needed to create sustainable value. We partnered with top-tier veterinary clinics for professional rescue care and teamed up with ethical manufacturers worldwide to establish our product line, aiming to design essentials tough enough for rescues yet premium enough for every home.
First International Adoption Event
We proudly hosted our first major adoption event in Hong Kong, actively advocating the principle of "Adopt, Don't Shop" to a broader audience. The event was a tremendous success, uniting animal lovers across borders, finding loving homes for over 50 pets in just a few days, and launching a series of workshops to educate the public on responsible pet ownership.
Bringing Paradise to North America
As our global community grew, so did the demand for products that meet the "Paradise Standard." To provide localized, premium service, we initiated pilot programs in Europe and North America, ultimately establishing our subsidiaries in Toronto, Canada, and the United States, allowing us to tailor our designs to meet the unique seasonal and lifestyle needs of Western pet families.
North America Website Launched & Global Advocacy
We officially launched our North American flagship website, quickly reaching our first 1,000 orders—a proud testament to the trust of local pet parents. Never forgetting our grassroots origins, we simultaneously organized a massive pet adoption and ownership awareness campaign in Beijing, ensuring our commercial growth always goes hand-in-hand with our mission to cultivate a global culture of compassion.
Expansion to Australia
We proudly ventured into the Australian market, bringing our rigorously tested, premium pet accessories to a completely new climate. This expansion allowed us to ensure unparalleled comfort and safety for pets across diverse environments, from the snowy Canadian winters to the sunny, active coasts of Australia.
The "100 Thousand" Impact
Through unwavering commitment and the support of our incredible community, our premium products reached over 40 countries, celebrating the milestone of serving 10 million pet households worldwide.
