1. Order Process:
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Item Delivery estimates:
- Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days - Free
- Oversized Pet Furniture:
- Standard International Shipping (Ocean): 30-50 business days - Free
- Express International Shipping (Air): 7-14 business days - CAD$299
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- The Pet Paradise's item price already including any customs and taxes, the price is the final price.
5. Damages:
- The Pet Paradise is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us in info@the-pet-paradise.com for a free exchange.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
