Handcrafted Solid Wood Luxury Cat Villa The Purrhaven™

Unbeatable Perks

🏡 Dual-Purpose Design: We all know the frustration of buying pet products that ruin the look of your carefully designed home. This cat villa features a natural matte wood finish that fits perfectly with Nordic, Japandi, modern minimalist and luxury decor styles, so it acts as a decorative piece in your home rather than an ugly pet accessory. You no longer have to hide your cat’s furniture away in a spare room, you can display it proudly in your living room or bedroom.

🐱 Instinct-Friendly Structure: Cats are naturally wired to climb high to survey their territory and hide in enclosed spaces to feel safe, which basic single-layer cat beds can never satisfy. This multi-level villa comes with non-slip ramps, a high viewing perch, and a cozy enclosed hideaway, so your cat can choose to sunbathe, nap, play hide and seek or watch birds outside the window whenever they want. It also helps cats release excess energy, reducing unwanted behaviors like scratching your sofa or knocking over your decor.

🛡️ Long-Lasting Investment: Most cheap cat trees on the market are made with low-quality density board and thin plastic, which releases harmful formaldehyde and breaks or wobbles within a year of use. Our cat villa is made with high-grade formaldehyde-free solid pine wood, with a reinforced structure that can hold up to 60kg of weight, so even 15kg large cats or 3-4 adult cats running and jumping at the same time will not cause it to wobble. It is completely safe for kittens who love to chew, and will last you 10+ years with proper care, making it a far more cost-effective choice than replacing cheap cat trees every year.

Simple Setup Guide

🔧 Unbox & Sort Parts: After receiving your package, take out all parts and check them against the included instruction manual. All parts are pre-sorted and pre-polished with rounded edges, so you don’t have to worry about scratching your hands during assembly. We include all required tools in the package, so you don’t need to prepare any extra electric tools or hardware.

🧩 Assemble Layer By Layer: Follow the instruction manual to assemble from the base up, first securing the bottom frame, then installing the shelves, ramps, guardrails and top perch one by one. Tighten each screw firmly and give the structure a gentle shake to confirm it is stable after each step. Even if you have no experience assembling furniture, you can finish the entire process in 30-60 minutes. If you run into any issues during assembly, our customer service team is available to send you video guides to help you out.

✨ Place & Personalize: Once assembled, place the villa in your preferred spot – positioning it near a window will make it even more popular with your cat, as they can sit on the top perch and watch outdoor birds and scenery. You can add your cat’s favorite blanket to the enclosed hideaway and rub a little catnip on the ramps to encourage them to explore their new space. You can also swap out the cushions seasonally to keep the space comfortable for your cat year-round.

Safe and Entertainment for Cats

🌳 Premium Materials: This cat villa is made with 100% formaldehyde-free imported solid pine wood, with food-grade adhesive that meets EU and US pet product safety standards, so it is completely non-toxic for both cats and humans. All edges are polished 3 times and rounded to avoid scratching your cat’s paw pads or skin, and the natural matte wood surface does not trap cat hair easily, making daily cleaning very convenient.

📏 Versatile Dimensions for Every Home: This premium cat villa is available in multiple size variants to perfectly suit your living space and your cat's specific needs. Since the overall dimensions (height, width, and depth) vary based on the specific option you choose, please refer to our detailed Size Guide for exact measurements before ordering.

🧼 Care Instructions: For daily cleaning, simply wipe the surface with a slightly damp soft cloth, do not use harsh chemical cleaners as they can damage the wood surface. Wipe up any spills immediately to avoid water damage and warping of the wood. Do not place the villa in areas with direct long-term sunlight or high humidity, such as uncovered balconies or next to bathrooms, to extend its lifespan. Check the tightness of the screws every 3 months and tighten them if loose to keep the structure stable.

🚫 Safety Notes: The maximum weight capacity of this villa is 60kg, which is suitable for 3-4 adult cats to use at the same time. Do not allow children to climb the villa to avoid tipping hazards. If you have a very active large dog at home, place the villa in an area out of the dog’s reach to avoid collision damage.
